Sewing Club Tuesday Afternoon - Bring Your Own Project

Join us at Augustin Events Creative Studio for our relaxed and friendly Tuesday Afternoon Sewing Club!

Whether you're halfway through a project, have something you've been meaning to finish for months, or simply enjoy sewing alongside others, this is a chance to bring your own ideas, get creative and enjoy a couple of hours dedicated to your hobby.

This isn't a formal sewing class, so there's no set project to follow. Instead, it's a welcoming space where you can work at your own pace, share ideas, ask questions and enjoy sewing in good company.

This is the Tuesday Afternoon Sewing Club

Our sewing club runs fortnightly on Tuesday afternoons, from 2–4pm, with our separate beginner-friendly sewing workshops taking place on Friday evenings in between.

You can book individual sessions, so there's no commitment to attend every time. Simply choose the dates that work for you and come along whenever you fancy some time to sew.

What to expect

Our sewing club is all about enjoying your own projects in a relaxed, sociable environment.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Bring along your own sewing projects and work at your own pace

• Make progress on projects you've already started

• Work on handmade gifts, clothing, home décor or other creative ideas

• Share ideas and inspiration with other sewing enthusiasts

• Ask questions and pick up helpful tips along the way

• Enjoy a couple of hours of creative time away from everyday distractions

  
  

Whether you're a confident sewer or still building your skills, you're welcome to join us. This is an informal sewing club rather than a structured lesson, so you'll be working on your own projects rather than following a guided tutorial.

• A relaxed, two-hour sewing session

• The opportunity to share ideas and connect with other creative people

• Tea and coffee to enjoy while you sew

What to bring

Please bring along:

• Your own sewing machine

• Your fabric, thread and materials for your chosen project

• Any sewing tools and accessories you need

We have 2 studio sewing machines available to use, so please get in touch before booking to check availability.

You don't need to be an expert, and there's no pressure to finish a project during the session. Just bring along what you're working on and enjoy the process.
