Booking Information

To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

Please note:

• Your booking starts at your scheduled booking time, not your arrival time.

• Your hire period must include setup, styling, pack-down and cleaning.

• The studio must be vacated by the end of your booked session.

• Additional time used beyond your booking will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

Studio Hire Terms & Conditions

To ensure every guest enjoys a clean, professional environment, we kindly ask all hirers to follow these conditions:

• Maximum occupancy is 16 people, unless agreed in advance.

• No illegal drugs are permitted anywhere on the premises.

• Children are welcome only when supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Please leave the studio clean and tidy. If the space is left in a condition that prevents the next booking from using it, a £70 cleaning fee will be charged.

• The person making the booking accepts responsibility for any damage, loss or breakages caused by themselves or anyone attending during the hire period.

• All furniture, props and studio equipment are used entirely at the hirer's own risk. Any damage or breakages will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

• Please respect neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level when arriving and leaving the premises.
