Booking Information
To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
Please note:

Your booking starts at your scheduled booking time, not your arrival time.

Your hire period must include setup, styling, pack-down and cleaning.

The studio must be vacated by the end of your booked session.

Additional time used beyond your booking will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Studio Hire Terms & Conditions
To ensure every guest enjoys a clean, professional environment, we kindly ask all hirers to follow these conditions:

Maximum occupancy is 16 people, unless agreed in advance.

No illegal drugs are permitted anywhere on the premises.

Children are welcome only when supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Please leave the studio clean and tidy. If the space is left in a condition that prevents the next booking from using it, a £70 cleaning fee will be charged.

The person making the booking accepts responsibility for any damage, loss or breakages caused by themselves or anyone attending during the hire period.

All furniture, props and studio equipment are used entirely at the hirer's own risk. Any damage or breakages will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

Please respect neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level when arriving and leaving the premises.
